穴位敷貼

簡介：

－穴位敷貼屬中醫外治療法，歷史逾1600年；

－方法是將溫性藥物搗爛或研末，敷貼於皮膚或特定穴位；

－適應症多，例如：鼻敏感、頸椎病、哮喘、慢性咳嗽、舒緩因癌症引致的不適、腰痛、痛經、不孕、盆腔炎、前列腺疾病、甲狀腺疾病、腸胃病、小兒便秘或腹瀉等。

優點：

－外敷不經腸胃吸收藥物，故不傷腸胃；

－藥物通過體表皮膚或黏膜吸收，故藥物的直接作用更明顯。

原理：

－藥物作用於腧穴，通過經絡氣血直達病所；

－令經絡暢通，調整陰陽，溫散寒邪，因而產生相對較強的治療效果。

療程：

－隔天或每天敷貼，每次貼5-6小時；

Acupoint Sticking therapy is a traditional treatment. Herbs are finely grinded and mixed, then applied to specific meridian points on the skin. This treatment is effective for allergic rhinitis, cervical disease, asthma, chronic cough, back pain, dysmenorrhea, infertility, pelvic inflammatory disease, prostate disease, thyroid disease, gastroenterology, pediatric constipation or diarrhea, and soothe the discomfort caused by cancer.
